The cost of downtime

Downtime has an hourly price tag—and it’s already in your spreadsheet

The math is simple: monthly revenue divided by the hours in the month. That’s what you stop making while the page won’t load.

Loss per hour of downtime

R$ 274

In a full day of downtime

R$ 6.575

The Performance plan costs R$ 349/month. For a R$ 200k store, that’s less than two hours of downtime.

The problem

When your site is a sales channel, cheap hosting gets expensive

  • Traffic spikes hit and the site goes down

Campaign live, Black Friday, article published—and the server throws an error right when every visit is worth more.

  • Support that opens tickets, not solutions

Generic reply in 48 hours, more questions, asks for screenshots. The issue stays live while support moves from queue to queue.

  • Backup and security with no owner

No one knows when the last backup was, who updates plugins, or what happens if the site gets hacked tomorrow.

Compared to today

You’re not choosing between agencies. You’re choosing what to do with the site you already have.

Managing the server yourself is cheaper in reais—and that’s true. The difference shows up the day something breaks and someone has to drop everything to fix it.

Getting started

We’ll move your site onto our infrastructure

Seven fields, no questionnaire. We figure out the rest by looking at your site.

This field is for validation purposes and should be left unchanged.
Nome(Required)

No commitment. We’ll reply via the WhatsApp number you provide within 1 business day.

Guarantee

15 days to see the site running before you decide

We migrate, you watch the site live on our infrastructure, and only then decide whether to continue. No penalty and no lock-in contract.

The hard part isn’t hosting. It’s leaving where you are.

We handle the entire migration in four steps, with the site tested before any DNS change.

  1. 1 day

    Planning and preparation

We map WordPress, plugins, and integrations and create the staging environment.

  2. 1 to 2 days

    Assisted migration

Files, database, compatibility, cache, CDN, and security.

  3. 1 day

    Testing and validation

Navigation, forms, checkout, and external integrations checked one by one.

  4. 1 day

    Controlled go-live

DNS switch with no downtime, or at most 8 hours of propagation.

Already included in your monthly fee

Jetpack Complete on every site, at no extra cost

Backup, security scan, video and image CDN, advanced search, and stats. Bought separately, it would cost US$ 899/year for each site. Here you don’t pay—it’s included in the plan.

After the switch

What a typical month looks like for a site hosted with us

Migration is a few-day event. What you’re buying is what happens every month after it.

  1. Every day

    Continuous monitoring

Uptime and performance tracked nonstop. If something goes off-pattern, we see it before you do.

  2. Every week

    Tested update

WordPress, theme, and plugins updated. On plans with staging, tested on a copy of the site before going live.

  3. Every week

    Verified backup

It’s not enough for a backup to exist. We verify that the day’s copy is restorable.

  4. Every month

    Report of what happened

Availability, response time, updates applied, and any incidents in the period.

  5. Whenever you need it

    Open support channel

You talk to the team that ran your migration, within your plan’s ticket limit.

FAQ

What people ask before migrating

Will my site go down during the migration?

Migration happens in a staging environment and the site is only pointed over after it’s tested. During the DNS switch, it’s normal to have no downtime; in the worst case, up to 8 hours of propagation.

Do you migrate from any provider?

Yes. Before we start, we map the current WordPress, plugins, and integrations to know exactly what needs to be adapted.

What happens if I go over the visit limit?

We’ll let you know and talk about the right plan. The limit is a sizing reference, not a switch that turns your site off.

Who responds when something goes wrong, and how fast?

Our team—not outsourced support. On Essential, business-hours email. On Performance, priority support. On Dedicated, a direct channel with the team running your hosting.

Do I need to be locked into a contract?

The monthly fee is month to month. The one-time payment is setup and migration, starting at R$ 1,500.

Can I test before deciding?

Yes. The current proposal includes a 15-day trial so you can watch the site running before deciding.
